Discovery Workshops are designed to collectively identify what an institution's leadership believes are its key strengths and weaknesses, and to confirm the appropriate follow on research methodology and scope needed to fill information gaps. The process enables clients to involve and engage internal stakeholders and create a sense of joint ownership of the results.
